How to make a healthy breakfast in 7 minutes:

Starting your morning off with a healthy breakfast helps jumpstart your metabolism and fuels that premium car of yours (your body) with high quality gas to last throughout the day. Trying to stuff your body with unhealthy food choices in the morning to satiate your hunger will cause your blood sugar levels to recede, creating inconsistent energy levels and the potential for overeating and fatigue. Here are a few healthy breakfast ideas to consider in 7 minutes:

  1. Oatmeal with chia seeds, cinnamon, & kiwi’s

This meal is packed with a powerhouse of nutrients and protein. This is one of my quick and favorite meals to jumpstart my mornings.


  • 1 ½ pack of Quakers oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ½ of kiwi
  • 1 cup of spring water
  • Fit Lean Vanilla Plant Protein Drink
  1. Avocado toast and Raw Almonds

I like to call this the keto breakfast. Enjoy and embrace those healthy fats (: This is one of my favorite meals to have when I know I will at my practice all day!


  • 1 Full Avocado (make sure to cut down the middle)
  • 2 Slices of Oatmeal Bread (Pepperidge Farm)
  • A Handful of Raw Almonds (Alert! Remember NO Roasted Almonds!!)
  • Fit Lean Vanilla Plant Protein Drink
  1. Boiled eggs, Toast, + Orange

Okay, so this isn’t the most creative breakfast out there but at least it provides your body with some nutritional diversity. Boiled eggs we can have those cooking while we shower and get ready for work. 


  • 4 Boiled Eggs (Cage-Free)
  • 1 Slices of Oatmeal Bread (Pepperidge Farm)
  • Spread of Vegan Butter (Earth Balance)
  • ½ Orange
  • Fit Lean Vanilla Plant Protein Drink
  1. English Muffin, Egg Whites, Spinach, + Tomatoes

I like to call this the lean and fit breakfast. We got our veggies, protein and healthy fats in the morning. It doesn’t get much better than that!


  • 1 English Muffin (Sliced)
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • 4 Eggs Whites
  • ½ cup of Spinach
